There is more....

"If we admit that human life can be ruled by reason, then all possibility of life is destroyed."
-Christopher McCandless a.k.a Alexandar Supertramp

I really like this quote. Lately I have been reading "Irresistible Revolution" by Shane Claiborne (The quote is not from the book). I really enjoy what Shane has to say in his book. He basically talks about how we as Christians need to not only say we are living for Christ, but actually live for Christ. I know this makes total sense and I'm not saying I didn't know this until after reading the book, but he puts it in a whole new light. Reading this book has showed me a few things. Them being....

I have not been living my life in Christ to the fullest.

There are real ways to live for Christ and it will show

I don't need money and a bunch of materialistic crap to be happy.

I'm tired of living in sin as many of us do.

Since I have found these things out I have been thinking a bit about them and how to change my life for Christ completely. This isn't going to be very easy. I've become so submerged in the America culture that I don't have any idea where to start. I'm still in the middle of trying to figure out what to do after this semester and how to spend the rest of my life. Any one reading this, I hope you will pray for me and share any advice you might have for me.

Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday!

So I shaved my head today after classes. I hadn't shaved my head since the end of last semester. It felt weird. Its hard to look at my self with my hair this short its just weird to get used to it again. I don't know if I like it right now. I think I might have grown out of the shaven head deal. Oh well we will see how this goes, but I'm mostly likely just gonna grow it back out.

School is going pretty good I guess. Classes are fun. Some could be better, but over all I can't complain. I wouldn't say I'm confused about what I want to major in, I'm just kind of confused about how I want to use my education.

Side note: I've been writing this over the past few hours spontaneously. Since I started I watched Sons of Anarchy, Attended an accountability group with some guys on the hall, sunk a putt from one end of the hall to another (90-100ft), and discussed many different things with several different people.

Any ways, back to education and future. I've always wanted to do some thing different and I've always wanted to make a difference. I know parents always say motivational things to their kids, but my dad as always said, "Tim I can't help but thing your gonna do some great things in your life and your meant to do a lot." Its not that I don't believe him, its just that I have no idea what or if the things he thinks I'll do are the things that I want to actually attempt to do in the future (Sorry all that was quiet confusing and drawn out and I'm sorry if it was confusing, but yeah that's it). So input would be nice (Weather your reading this from Facebook send input on there or on here thanks) , I understand I didn't really explain what I want to do, but I will sooner or later explain my thoughts and ideas when I figure them out better and such.
